Tour Description
Embark on an unforgettable adventure along the South Kona Coast of the Big Island with Expedition South Kona by Sea Quest Hawaii. This tour takes you to three unique and pristine snorkeling locations, including the culturally significant Puโuhonua O Honaunau and the 315-acre marine sanctuary Kealakekua Bay, where the monument to Captain Cook was placed in 1874. You’ll also get to explore a third remote location that is only accessible by boat.
As you snorkel in these crystal-clear waters, keep an eye out for diverse marine life such as Hawaiian spinner dolphins, green sea turtles, and even pilot whales. You’ll also get to explore sea caves and lava tubes in the safe and maneuverable vessels designed to get you up close and personal with the coast.
After snorkeling, enjoy a deli lunch in the shade of the canopy within view of the monument to Captain Cook. Snacks, water, and juice are provided throughout the day, as is all the snorkeling gear and flotation devices you need. This tour is perfect for adventure seekers who want to experience the beauty and diversity of the South Kona Coast.
